Our thesis

At the centre is the independent practice — you. Around it sits a widening ring of payers, behavioural-health carve-outs, clearinghouses, roll-ups and the investors behind them. Increasingly, they own one another. The map plots who sits where and who owns whom. It notes the structure; it doesn't claim what any single tie does to your practice — that part is yours to read.

What this map argues
How to read the room
The dot in the middle is you.
Every other dot is an actor around your practice.
A solid line is ownership.
A dashed line is a partnership or a claim route.
Lenses gather one kind of tie at a time — who pays you, who owns the field, who regulates you.
The sector at a glance
